About
Habitat for Humanity of Huron Valley will provide the tools, equipment, PPE and supervision. No construction experience is necessary, the Habitat House Leader will ensure there are a variety of tasks for all skill levels and physical abilities. Bottled water and port-a-johns will be available, and volunteers are welcome to bring their own tools but will be responsible for them. Volunteers should wear comfortable clothing, dress for the weather, wear work boots or sneakers, remove jewelry and pull back loose hair. Due to safety regulations, individuals under the age of 16 are not permitted on site. Those ages 16 and 17 must have a Minor Waiver completed by a parent or guardian, and must be accompanied by an adult while on our work site. Volunteers will be notified of the exact location the week of the scheduled build day.
